Install Couple Widget + from the App Store, create your account, and invite your partner by email or partner code.

Long-press your home screen
On your iPhone home screen, touch and hold an empty area until the apps jiggle, then tap the + button in the top corner.

In the widget gallery, search for Couple Widget + and choose the widget size that fits your layout.
